This beef noodle shop has been on my bookmark for a while now. I just never had time to come here. Until today! I had a craving for beef noodle soup...so I came here on a Wednesday evening about 8 PM for dinner.
The place was not crowded at all and had plenty of empty tables. But the first sign that it is an authentic place is that the server spoke only Mandarin to me. Until he noticed I don't speak it, and motioned me to sit anywhere. Just me, table for 1.
I looked at the menu and liked that they have pictures, which is really good to show you what you are getting. I decided on C1 traditional beef sirloin noodle soup, with the hand cut noodles.
Working minutes, a large bowl came out and it looked soooo good. It tasted delicious, exactly what I was hoping for. The only minor feedback is that for sirloin, there were a few chunks that was tough. Need to be leaner.
I decided to save some for tomorrow, so took it home. Overall, a satisfactory dining experience. They have a flat screen tv that features traditional Chinese rural cooking, which is pretty cool to watch. -

So authentic that Americans give this place low ratings.
Xiang Xiang serves Chinese knife cut and round noodles which are soft yet chewy. I've had the braised pork noodles & dan dan mian. Each dish is packed with flavor yet distinct in taste. Totally recommend if you're in Sunnyvale! -

cheap noodles. Nothing special. Chinese speaker friendly.
Soup is good. Noodles are fine but meh - one great thing about this is the price - VERY CHEAP.
Housemade noodles are the best here. -

We found an unknown object in the veggie soup we ordered. Not sure what the hack is that, looks like a label or something. Who knows where it came from, I better wish it was from the kitchen. Ewwww, that is so damn disgusting! It made me sick and I almost threw up. It ruined the dinner and the vibe. We will never come back again. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!
The owner apologized and waived the soup though. -

Got traditional beef tendon noodle soup. Really good with the spicy chili sauce. Love it!
